REFUND, CANCELLATION, RETURN POLICY - BOOKING RETURN

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Any service booked through us must be informed in writing for cancellation at least 15 days from the date it has been booked with the customer. The booking must be cancelled and all costs charged in full in the original condition at the time of booking receipt, invoice, etc. These documents are required to process your request and verify all details.

Refund

Upon successful receipt of the cancellation email by the company, Seven Safar will immediately process the refund to your source account or selected mode of refund within 7 working days, provided the refund rules are satisfied.

Refund & Cancellation for Service Provider Company

Please note that service providers follow a strict NO REFUND and NO CANCELLATION policy once payment is made, as advance payments are made to reserve your services.

Cancellation Policy

An order can only be canceled within 24 hours after it has been placed. Cancellation requests after 24 hours will not be accepted. Orders are refundable only if they comply with the cancellation rules and if the services have not been booked.

Policy Regarding Cancellation / No Show / Early Departure

If you are postponing or canceling your tour for reasons beyond your control, you must notify us in writing. Cancellation charges will be applicable from the date we receive your written request. The following cancellation policy will be in effect:

  • 30 days before arrival – 10% of the tour cost
  • 15 to 29 days before arrival – 30% of the tour cost
  • 07 to 14 days before arrival – 40% of the tour cost
  • 02 to 06 days before arrival – 50% of the tour cost
  • Less than 48 hours or No Show – NO REFUND

During peak seasons such as weekends and festivals (Holi, Diwali, Christmas, and New Year), special hotel booking rules may apply and will be communicated if required.

Service Delivery Policies

Seven Safar works with trusted suppliers for safari and hotel bookings across India. Bookings are confirmed within 24 hours, and we provide 24x7 assistance. In rare cases of service unavailability, Seven Safar reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the paid amount to the original payment source.

Mode of Payment

Payments can be made via net banking, Mastercard/Visa debit or credit cards. International users may pay using currency notes, traveler cheques, or Master/Visa/American Express cards. Bank charges for credit card payments will be added to the total amount.

Our Liabilities & Limitations

Any increase in safari permit fees, taxes, fuel prices, guide charges, or government levies after tour confirmation will be borne by the customer.
